It contains Paracetamol which works as a pain reliever and caffeine which works to further amplify the pain-relieving effect of paracetamol. Also, Panadol Extra is gentle on the stomach.
Panadol Dosage and Usage
Panadol Extra Dosage
- Adults and children aged 16 years and over: Take 2 tablets up to four times daily. Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours.
- Children aged 12 –15 years: Take 1 tablet up to four times daily and do not exceed 4 tablets in 24 hours.
- Panadol Extra Tablets are not recommended for use in children aged below 12 years.
How to use Panadol Extra
- Simply place the Panadol extra tablet in your mouth and swallow it down with water.
- Follow the dosage directions on the product leaflet.
