Ursofalk is a medication containing 250 or 500mg of ursodeoxycholic acid (UDCA) as its active ingredient. Ursofalk is usually prescribed in the treatment of primary biliary cirrhosis (PBC) or dissolving radiolucent gall stones.
How do I use Ursofalk Capsules?
Ursofalk Capsules should be swallowed whole with water or any liquid. Take care to use this medication regularly. Ursofalk is best used in the evening at bedtime.
The required time for treating/dissolving gall stones is between 6 to 24 months. Treatment using ursofalk should be discontinued if there is no reduction in the size of gallstones after 12 months.

Who shouldn’t use Ursofalk?
You shouldn’t use Ursofalk if you have:
• Acute gallbladder inflammation
• Radio opaque calcified gallstones
• biliary tract occlusion

• Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients in this medication
