Adults: 1-2gm of Triaxin-S Inj once daily or equally divided doses twice a day given intramuscularly or intravenously. The maximum daily dose is 4gm.

Children: For skin and soft tissue infections 50-75mg/kg of Triaxin-S Inj once daily or equally divided doses twice a day given intramuscularly or intravenously. The maximum daily dose is 1gm
