Losartan prevents the binding of angiotensin II to the receptors causing the blood vessels to relax which in turn lowers the blood pressure.

For hypertension; the Initial dose of Sarcoi-H Tablet is 50mg Losartan/12.5mg Hydrochlorothiazide orally a day. The Dose must be adjusted according to the patient’s condition.
