What is Paraconica IV used for?
Paraconica IV is used for short-term treatment of mild to moderately severe pain when oral administration is not possible such as immediate post-operatively, when non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agents are often contraindicated). It is also used for short-term treatment of fever.
Paraconica IV ingredient
It contains paracetamol 10 mg/mL. Other ingredients include;
disodium phosphate dihydrate, mannitol, antioxidant: cysteine hydrochloride monohydrate 25 mg, water for injections q.s.p. 100 mL. Solution for infusion: 1 vial contains 1 g paracetamol in 100 mL.
