How to Use Beconase Aqueous Nasal Spray

For adults and children above age 6 years;

spray twice into each nostril twice every day (morning and evening)
Once symptoms improve, the dosage may be reduced to one spray per nostril twice daily
Do not exceed the maximum of eight sprays per day

Instructions for Use:

Shake the bottle well before use.
Blow your nose gently, this will clear your nasal passages.
Hold the bottle upright and insert the nozzle into one of your nostrils.
Close the other nostril with your finger and inhale gently while spraying.
Repeat in the other nostril.
Clean the Beconase Aqueous Nasal Spray nozzle after each use and replace the cap.

How Quickly Does Beconase Aqueous Nasal Spray Work?

Beconase does not provide immediate relief. It can take a few days (typically 2–3 days) for noticeable improvement, with full effects developing over 1 to 2 weeks. To achieve the best results, use it regularly as prescribed.
