It contains Aspirin 500 mg (NSAID) which works as a Pain reliever or fever reducer. It also contains Dextromethorphan hydrobromide 10mg which works as a Cough suppressant. It contains Doxylamine succinate 6.25mg which works as an Antihistamine and Phenylephrine bitartrate 7.8mg which works as a Nasal decongestant.
Alka-Seltzer Plus Dosage
Dissolve 2 Alka-Seltzer Plus tablets in 4 ounces (120 mL) of water and take every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 4 tablets in 12 hours or 8 tablets in 24 hours.
