How to use Alendomax Caplet
- Take Alendomax Caplet when you wake up, before consuming any food, beverages, or other medications.
- Swallow the Alendomax caplet whole with a full glass of water without chewing or sucking on it.
- Stay upright for at least 30 minutes and do not lie down until you have taken your first meal.
- Stay at least 30 minutes, preferably 1 to 2 hours, before eating or drinking anything other than plain water as it is effective only when taken on an empty stomach.
