Each capsules contains Vitamin A (Palmitate) 5000USP units, Vitamin D (Calciferol) 400USP units, Vitamin B1 (thiamine mononitrate USP) 2mg, Vitamin B2 (riboflavin USP) 2mg, Folic Acid 0.8mg, Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride USP) 2.5mg, Vitamin B12 (cobalamin NF) 2mcg, Vitamin C (as sodium ascorbate USP) 60mg, Vitamin B3 (Niacinamide USP) 20mg, Calcium panthọthenate USP 10mg. Other mineral ingredients include Cacium (from calcium carbonate) 200mg, Iron (ferrous sulphate) 15mg, Manganese (manganese sulphate) 4mg, Zinc (from sulphate) 15mg, Flourine (from sodium fluoride) 2mg. Contents are within the safe levels for pregnancy.
