What is Ligaba 75 used for?
Ligaba 75 Capsule is a prescription medicine that is used for the management of nerve pain associated with nerve damage due to uncontrolled high blood sugar (neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy) and nerve pain associated with nerve inflammation caused by infection (postherpetic neuralgia). This medicine works by decreasing the number of pain-inducing signals that are sent out by damaged nerves in the body. Ligaba 75 Capsule is also used to relieve neuropathic pain after spinal cord injury, and to treat widespread muscle pain and tenderness and certain types of seizures in adults and children.
Indications/Uses
Management of neuropathic pain associated with diabetic peripheral neuropathy
Adjunctive therapy for adult patients with partial onset seizures
Management of fibromyalgia
Management of postherpetic neuralgia.
Precautions
If you are allergic to Ligaba 75 or any of its ingredients, notify your doctor before using it. Your doctor can recommend an alternative medicine and make a note of it in your medical records.
Tell your doctor of any medical history you have, such as alcohol intake, overuse of prescription medications, swelling of the eyes, ears, lips, tongue, or throat, vision issues, heart failure, bleeding problems, low platelet count, kidney disease, patients who have had surgical dental operations, or patients with psychiatric illnesses, before taking Ligaba 75 Capsule. In patients with a history of substance abuse, taking Ligaba 75 can lead to tolerance and a gradual increase in strength drug taking and drug seeking behaviour.
In patients taking Ligaba 75 for a seizure disorder, abruptly stopping the medication may increase the frequency of seizures. Before getting any surgery, talk to your doctor and dentist about any medications you’re taking, including prescription, over-the-counter medicines, and herbal supplements.
Ligaba Side Effects
The most common side effects of Pregabalin are; blurry vision, weight gain, dizziness, sleepiness; poor concentration, dry mouth swelling of hands and feet;.

The maximum recommended dose range is 150-600 mg per day.Because it is eliminated primarily by renal excretion, adjust the dose in patients with reduced renal function.
