What is Gynocare?

Vaginal ovules and tablets dissolve in the vagina and work by releasing their medication.

How Do You Use Gynocare Ovules?

Using the applicator, insert one ovule deep into the vagina, once daily before bedtime for 10 days; or take as directed by your doctor. Insert the applicator high into the vagina and press the plunger to release the medication. After each use, clean the applicator with warm soapy water and rinse well.

What Causes Vaginal Infections?

Vaginal infections can be caused by many things, like Bacteria, Yeast, Irritants, Trichomoniasis, and Vaginal atrophy.

Can I Pee After Inserting A Suppository?

You should urinate before inserting a suppository, the small amount of urine left will help dissolve the suppository.

How Long Does It Take For A Suppository To Melt?

You should lie down for about 5 minutes after using a suppository, to allow it to dissolve. Suppositories should stay in the rectum for 15-30 minutes and do not need to dissolve totally to be effective. You should walk around after putting it in, to ensure it is well placed and doesn’t cause pain. If there’s no pain, then you can pee with the suppository in, if there is pain, you would have to change the size.

How Long Does The Monistat Ovule Stay In?

Most women do not experience relief from symptoms of infection after 1 day. If you do not experience some relief after 3 days, and complete relief in 7 days, consult your doctor.
