How to use Bonefos 400mg
- Bonefos (Clodronate) capsules should be swallowed whole (not chewed) on an empty stomach while sitting upright. Take the capsule with a glass of plain water, at least 2 hours before or after eating.
- Do not take it with milk.
- Do not lie down for at least 30 minutes after taking the medication to prevent any irritation to your esophagus which is the tube connecting the mouth and stomach.
