Lower blood pressure helps in preventing kidney problems, strokes, and heart attacks. Candesartan is an angiotensin receptor blocker while hydrochlorothiazide is a diuretic that increases the amount of urine you make. Candesartan hydrochlorothiazide is recommended when a single medicine is not working to control blood pressure.
How do I use candesartan HCT?
Candesartan HCT may be used orally, with or without food as directed by your doctor. The dosage of this medication is based on the users’ response to treatment or their medical condition. Avoid using this medicine close to your bedtime in order to avoid getting up to pee.
Side effects of candesartan hydrochlorothiazide

Candesartan HCT is unsafe for use during pregnancy as it may harm the unborn baby. Candesartan HCT also passes into breast milk, thus, its use during breastfeeding should only be considered if absolutely necessary.
