How do I use Canesten dual action spray?
On first application of this medication, you would need to press the spray twice, and then it is ready to use.
Wash the area to be treated before application.
To apply Canesten dual action spray, hold the container about 6 inches from the body and spray. The spray should be used 2 to 3 times daily for 2 to 4 weeks.
What are the ingredients in Canesten dual action spray?
The active ingredient in Canesten dual action spray is 1% w/v clotrimazole. Other ingredients include isopropyl alcohol, propylene glycol, and macrogol 400.
Propylene glycol can cause skin irritation known as contact dermatitis.
