Candid – B lotion
Candid B lotion is a dermatological combination medication containing Beclometasone and clotrimazole that is primarily used to treat fungal infections such as athlete’s foot, jock itch, and ringworm of the body.
Beclometasone helps stop or reduce redness, itching, and swelling in the affected area by blocking the production of chemical messengers known as prostaglandins, while clotrimazole works by compromising the fungal cell membrane and causing its content to leak out.
How to use Candid B lotion
Candid B lotion is used by applying a thin layer of the lotion to the affected area and rubbing it in till the cream is no longer visible. Candid B lotion is only for topical use, therefore, do not apply the medication to the eyes, mouth, or vagina.
